Steven Franco
President / CEO
Steven Franco is founder and CEO of Worx, the space-as-a-service concept he created as a landlord’s solution to vacancies. Realizing revenues approximately two-times market rate, his flagship Beachworx certainly solved his own issues as a landlord.
His professional experience spans nearly 30 years in commercial real estate. He’s managed the acquisition, development, redevelopment, leasing, and management of commercial properties totaling several billion dollars in asset value and hundreds of millions in deal transactions. Steven is an expert in devising and implementing creative business strategies to maximize property values.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas and a real estate broker’s license in Georgia and Florida. He is actively involved in his community, serving on the board of Walton County’s Habitat for Humanity; is a Trustee Member of One Okaloosa Economic Development Council; a co-founder of Destin Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee; an Advisory Board member of the Special Operator’s Transition Foundation, and is a Board of Directors Trustee Member of the Sea Shul congregation.
Julie Rieger
Director of Operations
Julie Rieger serves as the Director of Operations for Beachworx and the Director of Business Administration for Rodos Realty Advisors, where she oversees daily operations, drives organizational growth, and leads initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery across both companies. Her ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution makes her a key contributor to the continued success of both organizations.
With over 15 years of experience in business administration, customer service, and real estate operations, Julie brings a strong operational focus to every aspect of her work. She has a proven track record of improving team performance, streamlining processes, and elevating the overall client experience. She is known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and collaborative approach, along with a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
Julie’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of business operations, a commitment to service excellence, and a drive for continuous improvement. She is focused on fostering operational effectiveness, building strong community relationships, and supporting the growth of businesses and professionals across the Emerald Coast.
A proud local since 2003, Julie is deeply invested in the success of the region she calls home. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending time at the beach, and cruising along scenic 30A with her dog, Chappie.
