Yes, Beachworx offers complimentary A/V and technology amenities!

Beachworx team members are onsite and available to assist with audio-visual setup and questions/troubleshooting during your meeting. Our screens and projectors are HDMI and VGA compatible, and Beachworx offers AppleTV for Apple devices upon request. In addition, all meeting rooms are equipped with a complimentary whiteboard, LCD screen or projector (depending on the room booked) and secure and fast Wi-Fi.

We are proud to partner with local vendors to offer a flavorful selection of catering menus for every occasion and dietary restriction. These vendors have met Beachworx’s criteria for excellence, and we feel confident you and your guests will enjoy your food service experience. From flavorful bowls and seasonal offerings to elevated hors d’oeuvres and crave-worthy snacks, Beachworx is dedicated to keeping your team fueled and focused with a variety of flavorful options.

Beachworx does not require a food or beverage minimum.

There is a flat $50 taxable service fee and a taxable delivery fee that is based upon vendor.

Upon booking a meeting space at Beachworx, you’ll work directly with your personal Meeting Coordinator who will walk you through the entire planning process. From A/V needs and room setup to catering selections and team building experiences, our team of Meeting Coordinators are experts in meeting planning and will ensure every detail of your event is taken care of. We’ll handle the coordination and execution, so you can remain focused on what’s most important!

Beachworx is a comprehensive workplace solution. In addition to our all-inclusive meeting experience Beachworx offers, we offer private office space with flexible lease terms, dedicated desks, meeting rooms and access to thoughtfully designed coworking spaces with month-to-month membership plans.
